my comp. is full of viruses, i'm new at this dont know how to rid them without paying. everywhere i've looked is pay site. any other suggestions. lookin for free downloads.

Every site has free trials why didn't you look before posting this.
Keep in mind that when it comes to freebies, you always get what you pay for. Now, go to Norton/Symantec site and look in there for their free anti-virus scan; when you find it, let the program scan your machine; keep in mind though that it will take sometime, so let the program go through and at the end it will tell you what and how. If this won't work, the best and the least expensive way to do get rid of any and all bugs is to format your hard drive and start from scratch.
