juz reformat ur pc
when people answer questions some dont know what they are talking about --- so do urself a favor and use google before doing or useing any advise form here -- am not saying all answers are wrong -- but be safe and check on google---- only takes a few minutes -- most times it is because u have to much running on ur pc or ur hard drive is full of videos or music---- empty ur cookies for internet options -- defrag ur hard drive dont have 5 windows open at one time --- dont change ur setting unless ur sure u wont cause problems just a safe practice i use
