How can i remove all those trojan viruses in my computer, i have an anti spy ware and all it does is

I have a Norton Antivirus program, and all it does to the viruses(trojan horse) is blocking it. How am i suppose to remove all the infected files that i have?

change the setting on the option menu....

instead of 'deny access to the infected file'

change it to 'try to repair then quarantine if unsuccessful'

dont hear those people saying norton is not good, the paid one is always better than free version, as for avg, my pc crash 3 times because of virus even though my avg is up to date.
