I find AVG free is great. Have tried others, didnt like them. Spybot is also free and will remove spyware. Good luck.

I honestly think that a combination of Spyware removal software, with some Antivirus does the trick! :) On regards to Virus removal, I have found that Norton works better than McAffee. If you have AOL do NOT even bother using their "security" software.. it stinks!
