How do you manually remove the DimeNOC, Rasmin, and winlogon hook viruses from your computer.?

My computer got these viruses and my anti virus isn't helping, i'm on windows xp and help would be appreciated.

You can remove most of this viruses manually by doing the following:

First download and install MS-Process explorer

and MS-PendMoves

Check the registry for "suspicious items"

********BE CAREFUL WITH REGISTRY BECAUSE IF YOU DELETE/ MOVE OR CHAGNE SOME THING YOU CAN MESS UP YOUR COMPUTER REALY BED AND END UP HAVING TO RELOAD.. SINCE REGISTRY OUTOSAVES IN THE SPOT..*******

Go to the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\...

And check if there is any suspicious items..

(Most of the time this is empty.)

Do the same to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\...

*****Please note that you can access the same key from SPYBOSEARCH AND DESTROY in the STARTUP SCREEN.*****

Once done lets move to the fun stuff:

First press CTRL+ALT+DEL go to TASK MANAGER

Once there go to PROCESS

Click on the process (pretty much every thing BUT explore.exe; SYSTEM; SYSTEM IDLE PROCESS and SVCHOST)

Right click and end process tree

once you finish most of them right click and END PROCESS TREE explore.exe
