1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.c... do that now .Update it (Latest updates 28-3-2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode

If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.c...

NO, NO, NO, no this is a spy scam. You have a trojan which makes you think you need to download their software. Just run Spybot S%26D or windows defender or whatever security software you have installed but on no account download anything from the interweb which you do not know and above all - Do not panic!
First of all, don't worry, it's not a virus. Your Avast anti-virus hasn't found it because of this.

It's malware, designed to con you into buying their software. If you don't already have them download (free) Ad-Aware SE Personal and/or Spybot S%26D. Uodate them %26 run them, one or other will bowl it out.
Agree with Renoir on this. Its a con to panic you into buying their software. If Avast says no viruses you are OK.Have had these pop ups myself that offer to scan your P.C.Then it tells you it has found 100s of viruses etc but it will cost you megga money for them to remove them.Load of crap, just a moneymaker.Rest easy, carry on surfing.
you need AVG Internet Security it is the best, have it since 4 years
Don't fall into that BS. It's just a pop-up that wants you to download a file that probably IS infected. Just avoid these.
