Im just looking for a program that scans individual .exe files, .rar files, and others for viruses, potential threats and everything. I don't really need it to do anything else. I don't mind paying for it so even if it costs money still let me know about it.

Of course it is free and quarantines viruses and Trojans and then eliminates them. Also get Spyware Doctor to remove the pesky tracking cookies we pick up here an there from time to time
